Terms of sale

1. Scope. These terms apply to every purchase of a Cleared Paws kit or bundle on this website. The publisher is Mathieu Silva, entrepreneur individuel, SIREN 980 654 073, RCS Toulon, 25 Impasse Negre, 83210 Solliès-Toucas, France ("we").

2. Products. Each kit is a set of downloadable files (Word documents and an Excel workbook) for one pet move route, described on its product page with the exact file names. A bundle is a set of kits. The kits provide general information, not veterinary advice; requirements are set by the destination authority and can change; always confirm with the official authority, your accredited vet and your airline. The kits do not include any veterinary service, official certificate, booking or personal review of your file.

3. Prices and payment. Prices are in US dollars, taxes included. Payment is made through Stripe Checkout. Stripe acts as merchant of record through Link: it collects the payment, issues the receipt and handles the applicable taxes. Your card statement shows LINK.COM*. Your checkout may show the price converted into your local currency.

4. Delivery. After payment is confirmed you receive an email with a personal download link, valid 30 days and usable 5 times. The files are personalised with your email and order number.

5. Right of withdrawal. Digital content delivered immediately is not covered by the 14-day right of withdrawal once its supply has started with your prior express consent and your acknowledgement that you lose this right (EU Directive 2011/83/EU article 16(m), French Consumer Code article L221-28, UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 regulation 37). At checkout you tick a box to request immediate access and acknowledge this; we record the time of your consent and confirm it in your order email.

6. Licence. When you buy a kit you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the files for your own pet move (one household). You may print and edit the files for that purpose and share them with the vets, laboratories, authorities and airlines involved in your move. You may not resell, rent, share, publish, upload to a file-sharing service, or use the files commercially, in whole or in part, or remove the licence footer. The files carry your name and order number to protect this licence. Any breach ends the licence.

7. Accuracy and liability. We check our kits against official sources and correct them when a rule changes. Rules are set and changed by the authorities, airlines and laboratories, sometimes without notice, and the final decision on your pet belongs to them and to your vet. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the price you paid. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer, including the conformity guarantee for digital content.

8. Defective files. If a file does not open or does not match its description, contact us: we fix it or refund you.

9. Complaints and disputes. Contact contact@clearedpaws.com first. EU consumers may use a consumer mediator; we will provide the details on request. These terms are governed by French law, without depriving you of the protection of the mandatory rules of your country of residence.
