Refund policy

Because the kits are delivered instantly, a purchase cannot be withdrawn once the download has started (see the terms of sale).

You can still get a refund: if you have not downloaded your kit, within 14 days of purchase; if a file is defective or does not match its description and we cannot fix it; if you bought the same kit twice by mistake.

To ask, email contact@clearedpaws.com with your order number. Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe.
