Data we process and why:

• Order data (email, product, amount, order number, consent record with timestamp, hashed IP address, browser user agent): to deliver your kit, protect the licence and prove your consent. Legal basis: contract and legal obligation. Kept 10 years (accounting obligations), consent records for the same period.
• Download logs (time, hashed IP, user agent, result): security and licence protection. Legitimate interest. Kept 12 months.
• Contact messages (name, email, route, message): to answer you. Legitimate interest. Kept 3 years after the last exchange.
• Cookies: the site uses no analytics, advertising or marketing cookies. Only strictly necessary storage is used (for example to keep the checkout consent state).

Payment data: card details are handled by Stripe and Link, never by us. Stripe processes your data as an independent controller for the payment, under its own privacy policy.

Processors: Lovable (hosting, database and storage, through Lovable Cloud), Resend (emails), Stripe (payments). Some are located outside the EU and rely on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or adequacy decisions.

Your rights: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability, and withdrawal of consent, by email to contact@clearedpaws.com. You can lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr) or your local data protection authority.
